Flint Group, the global packaging and print media consumables supplier, has announced details of its new advisory board which will oversee and support the work of its executive management team following its recent change of ownership.

Pierre-Marie De Leener, currently chairman of the Braas Monier Building Group and a director of Trinseo has joined Flint Group and will lead the new advisory board as chairman and successor to Charles Knott.

Pierre-Marie, a Belgium National, has substantial board level experience at both private equity and public companies having previously worked for PPG Industries and SigmaKalon in the coatings, specialty materials and glass sector.

Also joining the board as executive director is David W. Scheible, who is currently chairman and CEO of Graphic Packaging, a US public company manufacturing and marketing folding cartons for food, beverage and consumer applications around the world.

David a U.S. national, was also VP and general manager for Avery Dennison’s Specialty Tape and Automotive division having previously worked for BF Goodrich. Antoine Fady, CEO Flint Group and Steve Dryden, CFO Flint Group, also join shareholder representatives to complete the board membership.Commenting on the announcement,
