Bradford’s daily newspaper is to cease being printed in the city it serves with operations transferred to more modern facilities elsewhere.
The Telegraph & Argus will now be printed at Trinity Mirror’s presses in Chadderton, Oldham, with staff at the existing presses told they will have to relocate.
The move will also see sister title The Press, York, which is currently printed in Bradford, printed at TM’s facilities onTeesside.
Owner Newsquest says the change will allow more colour pages to be printed in both titles.
